Nic - Healthcare VA

With over 20 years of experience in customer service and the last 7 years working as a Virtual Assistant, Nic brings a wealth of knowledge, efficiency, and compassion to every client she supports. Having worked across a wide range of industries—including local councils, retail management, the NHS, healthcare, and corporate environments—she understands how to adapt quickly, solve problems, and keep things running smoothly.

Helping people has always been at the heart of Nic’s career, whether that meant arranging breakdown assistance, managing busy healthcare schedules, or resolving tricky energy queries. Clients appreciate her reliability, calm approach, and ability to get things done without fuss.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Nic at her allotment, happily tending to her vegetables and flowers or helping fellow growers as part of the Committee. A lifelong music lover, she also enjoys the challenge of mah jong and the creativity of building detailed book nook models. Having spent over 15 years living with rescue sled dogs, Nic’s love of animals runs deep, and she especially treasures the memories of her beloved Husky, Nala, who will always hold a special place in her heart.

Vic - Healthcare VA

Vic, (Nic’s younger sister), spent 17 years in the retail sector before joining CCVS in 2023, where she now works full-time as a Virtual Assistant. With a natural gift for customer service, she quickly became an invaluable sidekick—known for her friendly manner on the phone, her ability to put callers at ease, and her skill in handling even the trickiest diary changes with professionalism and care.

A determined and big-hearted person, Vic has raised significant funds for charity over the years, taking part in everything from skydives to 24 hours living on the streets, and even sitting in a bath of beans for 12 hours. She also worked with horses for many years, showing her resilience and dedication long before her career in retail.

Away from work, Vic’s creativity shines through her photography. She has a talent for capturing the beauty of nature in and around Cannock Chase, producing stunning images of local wildlife and flora. A lifelong music lover who seems to know the words to every song, Vic is the kind of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone—and make them feel at home. She’s also a proud mum to two daughters: Abby, who is training to be a paramedic, and Louise, who aspires to become an aerospace engineer.

Hannah - Healthcare VA

Hannah has spent her entire career in customer service, with roles spanning the travel industry, charities, and even an infant school. She thrives on helping people and brings a wealth of experience to her role at CCVS, where she’s valued for her ability to handle multiple client calls with ease and professionalism.

Known for her calm, reassuring manner and meticulous approach, Hannah quickly builds trust with clients and patients alike. She has a natural ability to learn complex diaries and processes while staying methodical, efficient, and always eager to grow. Beyond her skills, it’s her kindness, sense of humour, and warm personality that make her such a treasured member of the team.



Outside of work, Hannah enjoys hiking in the countryside (so long as the hills aren’t too steep!) and walking on the beach in the sunshine. In recent years she’s also discovered a love for crochet, which has quickly become an enjoyable—and addictive—new hobby.

Gilly - Healthcare VA

With customer service running through her veins, Gilly brings a wealth of experience to the CCVS team. She has managed inbound calls for a wide variety of clients and is known for moving seamlessly from one call to the next with warmth and professionalism. Very little ever flusters her, making her a natural when it comes to conflict resolution and complaint management.

Hardworking and adaptable, Gilly quickly learns new systems and is always ready to muck in wherever she’s needed. Her friendly nature, steady approach, and genuine care for people make her an invaluable part of the team.

Away from work, Gilly is very family-oriented and loves spending time with her children and beautiful grandchildren, who bring her endless joy.

Sophie - Admin VA

Sophie is the newest member of the CCVS team, bringing fresh energy, curiosity, and a real eagerness to learn. Having known her for many years, it’s no surprise to see her quickly becoming a valued part of the business, well-liked by both clients and colleagues alike.

As our dedicated Admin VA, Sophie manages client inboxes with care and precision—reading, replying, filing emails, moving appointments, sending receipts, and providing requested information. Her hardworking nature, quick learning, and determination to build her skills make her an excellent fit for the role.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys following Norwich City, often travelling with her dad to watch games. She’s also a fan of her local pub quiz, where her inquisitive nature and love of learning come in handy.
