Our terms and conditions are written in simple, plain English. A contract will be provided to cover your particular requirements and will be the sole contract between you and us. Typically it will include the following:
Details of your company and the contract duration. Typically The contract runs for 12 months and is optionally renewable annually in advance. If not renewed, it terminates on completion of 12 months without a notice period.
If applicable a renewal notice for the following 12 months will be sent to you on termination of the existing contract.
Late or non-payment of any of our invoices will render the contract null and void.
Any existing faults must be rectified at your own expense prior to the acceptance of a new contract.
