Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions are written in simple, plain English. A contract will be provided to cover your particular requirements and will be the sole contract between you and us. Typically it will include the following:

SCHEDULE

Details of your company and the contract duration. Typically The contract runs for 12 months and is optionally renewable annually in advance. If not renewed, it terminates on completion of 12 months without a notice period.

If applicable a renewal notice for the following 12 months will be sent to you on termination of the existing contract.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Late or non-payment of any of our invoices will render the contract null and void.

Any existing faults must be rectified at your own expense prior to the acceptance of a new contract.

TELEPHONE SYSTEM MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

This typically consists of:

1. an immediate response to your phone call from the engineer who installed your system when you dial their mobile phone
2. inspection of the equipment whenever considered necessary by us
3. repair or rectification of any fault or defect of the equipment by making necessary adjustments and/or by the supply and fitting of replacement parts provided the need for repair or replacement arises during normal use and/or from fair wear and tear.

• Monday – Friday 09.00 to 17.00
• 16 hour response (standard package)
