Warranty
Every system we sell is protected by a manufacturers 12 month warranty.
In the case of second hand systems we offer our own 12 month warranty if the equipment has been installed by us.
On-Site Service
In addition to the manufacturers warranty, all our systems are backed up with a 12 month on-site service contract.
We will send an engineer to your offices to fix any faulty equipment.
You have the option of renewing this service annually.
On-site service is subject to Terms and Conditions.
7 Day Return Policy
If you are unhappy with the system we have installed, write to us within 7 days of installation and we will offer you a complete refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
